MUSEU PARAENSE EMÍLIO GOELDI (AQUARIUM)
Audioguide solutions are not unique to museums, as some people believe. Aquariums are examples of tourist equipment where this type of solution fits very well.
Through a casual narrative, it is possible to present information on the habits of species of fish, mammals, reptiles and amphibians. Food, procreation, defenses, curiosities, as well as the motif of their colors and camouflage are some of the subjects that can be covered by this project.
The Jacques Huber Aquarium, located in the Museu Paraense Emílio Goeldi, in Belém, Pará, is our first audioguide project dedicated to this theme. We are even happier that the contracted solution includes accessibility for the visually impaired and the deaf.
The project includes fish replicas to be touched by the visually impaired. For the deaf, there are videos using LIBRAS (Brazilian Sign Language).
