NATURA CONCEPT STORES USE AUDIOGUIDES TO ENCHANT THE VISITORS When the first 6 NATURA concept stores were planned, NEOCULTURA was invited to create an audioguided visit that would be able both to present their products to their consumers and to be used as a training tool to the NATURA consultants, who are responsible for the direct sale of cosmetic and perfumery lines. This challenging project, conducted in 2009, was a benchmark for the industry, showing that storytelling can be very important in communicating with target audiences. At Casas Natura concept stores, products are available on countertops and shelves. Visitors are invited to try them.
